In Italy, good food and wine are a way of life, an intrinsic part of their culture. Gino’s family originates from Benevento, a region within the Napoli district, and he was brought up to love and appreciate flavorsome but simple foods. 


Food was central to the lives and celebrations of Gino’s family. So Gino learned from his mother how to cook authentic traditional Neapolitan dishes using the freshest ingredients of the highest quality creating vivid tomato sauces combined with robust and garlic flavoured dishes of the Southern Italian regions. 


Gino cooks his food from the heart taking ideas from the past and his family traditions by respecting the ingredients in such a way as to preserve the authentic traditional flavours of Italian cuisine.
